...so yeah...me cosplaying the Blue-haired akatsuki member at fanime 2007. Sadly this is actually the only picture that i have of me that you can actually see the hair at least, the others i have the hat on and you dunno what I'm doing
I pretty much made everything except for the shuriken, the actual hat, and the wig, the rest was either hand sewn or painted( yes, i made the ring, and all the rings for my cosplay group)

How do you make them? (You don't have to awnser if you don't want to....)
For the fan I just bought a blank one at a gift shop and painted it with the pattern using acrylics, while for the ring I got a cheap wide ring that was adjustable ( you could bend the metal a little so that you can fit you finger through it) bent the ring so that it was big enough to easily come off my finger, then I covered it with sculpey and painted it once it was baked. Oh, and make sure to glaze the paint once you finish( I didn't do that, so I have to touch up all my groups rings cause some of the paint wore off-.- boys...)
